Every department runs on the same core platform — dictation, calls, meetings, documents, records — but each one has workflows of its own: the registers a private client team keeps, the key dates a litigation team lives by, the document flows of a conveyancing desk. Department Packs are optional, configurable tools layered on top of the core modules to support those workflows, developed with firms around real departmental needs rather than guessed in advance.
